Google Pixel ASW 2024
We showed up at the 2024 WNBA All-Star weekend W Live activation hosted in Phoenix Arizona.The immersive installation featured seven distinct stations, each embodying key traits of the “W”– such as creativity, focus, innovation, strength, collaboration and grit– and the unique capabilities of the Google Pixel.
Desert florals, billowing floor-to-ceiling textiles and sleek chrome walls created visually stunning backdrops perfect for social sharing. Here in this 27,000 square foot space, we created 7 unique stations highlighting the Google Pixel capabilities transported into a vivid desert scene inspired by the Desert X Mirror House.
Palette inspired by Arizona sunsets, using fabric to replicate the softness of waves in the mountains, and using chrome features to mimic the design of the Google Pixel Phone.
A chrome tree covered in plants native to Phoenix. Underneath the floor is a giant terrarium of plants and succulents and rocks also inspired by Phoenix.
I designed a photobooth which we name the “Portrait Portal” that gave guests a very special experience that immersed them into a kaleidoscope of desert inspired videos.
